Official Rules | Z-ROO Canada Giveaway 2026

Article 1 — Organizer
The “Z-ROO Canada Giveaway 2026” (the “Giveaway”) is organized by APXAURA S.E.N.C., a general partnership registered in Quebec, operating under the trade name Z-ROO (the “Organizer”).

Article 2 — Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to individuals who meet all the following requirements:
- Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
- Are legal residents of Canada.
- Have a valid personal Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok account that allows them to post comments and receive direct messages.
The Organizer's directors, employees, individuals directly involved in administering the Giveaway, and members of their households are not eligible.
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.
Article 3 — Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on Sunday, October 25, 2026, at 8:00 PM, Montreal local time (EDT). It ends on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, at 11:59 PM, Montreal local time (EST).
Comments submitted outside this period will not be eligible.
Article 4 — How to Enter
To participate:
- Visit z-roo.com to explore the available hoodie and beanie colors.
- Leave a comment on the official Giveaway video posted on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok, stating which hoodie and beanie colors you would like to win.
Only one entry per person is permitted for the entire Giveaway, across all three platforms combined. If a participant submits multiple comments or enters through multiple platforms, only one eligible entry will be counted.
Participants are encouraged to like or follow Z-ROO's official social media pages and share the video to help spread the word about the brand. These actions are optional, are not required for entry, and do not increase the chances of winning.
Automated, fraudulent, or otherwise non-compliant entries may be disqualified.
Article 5 — Prize
One (1) winner will be selected. The prize consists of:
- One (1) Z-ROO hoodie, valued at CAD $69.00.
- One (1) Z-ROO beanie, valued at CAD $39.95.
Total approximate retail value: CAD $108.95, before applicable taxes and shipping.
The winner may select the hoodie color and size, as well as the beanie color, from the available options at the time of prize redemption. The beanie will be provided from the available styles and colors.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If an item becomes unavailable, the Organizer may substitute an item of equal or greater value.
Standard shipping within Canada will be covered by the Organizer.
Article 6 — Random Draw
The random draw will take place on Wednesday, November 4, 2026. One potential winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received through Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Each eligible participant will have one chance to win. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Before being officially declared the winner, the selected participant must correctly answer, without assistance, a mathematical skill-testing question administered by the Organizer.
Article 7 — Winner Notification and Prize Claim
The selected participant will be contacted by direct message through the platform where their eligible entry was recorded and will have 72 hours from the time the message is sent to respond.
The selected participant must confirm eligibility, correctly answer the mathematical skill-testing question, and provide the information required for prize delivery.
If the selected participant fails to respond within the specified period, does not meet the eligibility requirements, or declines the prize, the Organizer may conduct another random draw among the remaining eligible entries.
No payment will be required from the winner to receive the prize.
Article 8 — Prize Delivery
The prize will be shipped to a valid Canadian mailing address at no standard shipping cost to the winner. The Organizer will make reasonable efforts to ship the prize within 30 days after winner confirmation, subject to production, product availability, and shipping delays.
Article 9 — Personal Information
Personal information collected from the selected participant will be used solely to verify eligibility, administer the Giveaway, and deliver the prize, unless separate consent is obtained for another purpose. Personal information will not automatically be used for advertising purposes or added to commercial mailing lists. Information will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Article 10 — Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok Disclaimer
This Giveaway is organized independently of Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any of these platforms. To the extent permitted by law, participants release Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok from liability relating to the organization and administration of the Giveaway.
Article 11 — General Conditions
The Organizer reserves the right to verify participants' eligibility and disqualify fraudulent entries or entries that violate these Official Rules.
Any modification, suspension, or cancellation of the Giveaway must be justified by legitimate circumstances and comply with applicable laws.
In the event of a discrepancy between promotional materials and these Official Rules, the Official Rules will prevail to the extent permitted by law, subject to applicable consumer protection rights.
Article 12 — Acceptance and Availability of Official Rules
By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to these Official Rules to the extent permitted by applicable law.
