Terms of Service and Sale

1. Who we are. The z-roo.com store is operated by Z-Roo, Québec, Canada (zroowear@gmail.com). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products. On-screen colours may differ slightly from the actual product, and measurements may vary by 2–5 cm.

3. Prices and payment. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes and shipping fees are shown before payment.

4. Orders and cancellation. An order can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of purchase. After that, it is being prepared and can no longer be cancelled.

5. Shipping. Preparation and delivery times are estimates (see our shipping policy). Import duties may apply depending on the destination and are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise.

6. Returns and refunds. Items cannot be returned for a change of mind or wrong size. A defective, damaged or wrong item will be replaced or refunded if reported within 30 days with a photo (see our refund policy). These terms do not affect your statutory rights, including under Québec's Consumer Protection Act.

7. Intellectual property. The Z-Roo name, kangaroo logo, images and text on this site belong to us and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product concerned. This clause does not apply to consumers in Québec.

9. Personal information. Your information is handled according to our privacy policy.

10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and Canada. We may update them; the version in effect when you order applies.
