How long will my order take?
Please allow 2–5 business days of preparation (up to 7 for puffers), then 3–7 business days to the US and 7–14 to Canada.
Is shipping free?
Yes, on orders over $125 CAD in Canada and $90 USD in the United States. Otherwise, shipping is calculated at checkout.
Can I return an item?
We can't accept returns for a change of mind or wrong size. Defective, damaged or wrong item? Email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a free replacement, no return needed (refund if a replacement isn't possible). Please double-check your address: a package returned because of an incorrect address will be reshipped at your expense.

Are the beanies embroidered?
Yes, all our beanies are embroidered.
How do I care for my items?
Machine wash cold, inside out, gentle cycle. Tumble dry low. Do not iron the logo.
Where do you ship?
Canada and the United States. Import duties may apply depending on the destination.
